XML import problem

Hello experts,

I am getting the error 'XML Parse error' 80041020.
some xml files work fine but others have this problem.

The import code is:

ActiveWorkbook.XmlMaps("EPS945_Pumpen_Info_Zuordnung").Import [URL="http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/=XMLFileName"]URL:=XMLFileName[/URL]

Would appreciate help in this regard.

I imagine that the XML file has syntax errors or isn't well-formed:

Yes you are right. But how could I check the XML file errors? It's a huge file.

Is there an error log file in your Temp folder?

There's no log file named xmlerr.log in my temp folder.
