What would be the best way to go about sharing a workbook around ten ppl so that when I update one workbook I don't have to update all the other ten as well , I am on a network and the other ten workbook copys will be on the c: drive of the other computers?

Hiya,

You said that you are on a server - do you and your co-workers have access to a shared network drive?
