Add condition to array formula

I am using the following array formula:

{=IF(ISERROR(INDEX(IDWELL!$P$2:$P$2496,MATCH($A2&MAX(IF(IDWELL!$I$2:$I$2496=$A2,IDWELL!$P$2:$P$2496)),$A2&IDWELL!$P$2:$P$2496,0))),"None",INDEX(IDWELL!$P$2:$P$2496,MATCH($A2&MAX(IF(IDWELL!$I$2:$I$2496=$A2,IDWELL!$P$2:$P$2496)),$A2&IDWELL!$P$2:$P$2496,0)))}

I need to add a condition to the array that tells it to only calculate if IDWELL!$Q$2:$Q$2496 starts with the word Deployment.
