I have a list of Departments and names on Sheet2.
On Sheet1, I want to be able to key the department and have the names pop up.
Is there a way to do this? I tried "Match", but it will only return a number.

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
I think your problem is better suited for vlookup:

On Sheet1, enter in your department to match in Cell A1 and place the following formula in B1: =VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet2!A:B,2)
On Sheet2, your data should be organized as department in column A and name in column B.
