I have two questions dealing with printing:
1.Why when i print with gridlines do all but one or two of the lines show up?
2.When i try to print some of my spreadsheets i get the following message: excel.exe has generated errors and will now shut down.

If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Hiya,

1: The print gridlines will only print over your print_area. If you start with a 1 page printout, then set your options to print gridlines, you will still have only 1 page - If I understand your concerns correctly.

2. You mentioned the exe error for multiple files - Is this a local or network printer?Do you get this with other printers? At minimum I would reinstall the printer with the correct driver.

Good luck

Question 1: Make sure you don't have any white cell fills or any white border lines and clear your print area.

Question 2: ???

Hey again,

you may want to completely blow away the printer then re-add it via startsettingsprintersadd new printer.

As a sidenote, have you tried sending one of the troublesome files to a co-worker to see if they can print to the same or a different printer? Have you just tried printing to a different network printer?

Hope this helps somewhat,
Adam
