I am new to both excel and word. I have virtually no knowledge of word, and was wondering if it is possible to sort a list of topics in alphabetical order automatically rather than manually???

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

Hi Nancyo,

Highlight your text and pull down the Table menu. Near the bottom is a Sort option. You'll have to fill in the details for your self, as you can select from a number of options.
