I am a relatively inexperienced user of Excel 97. I have created a simple pie chart and would like to have the data labels appear as both a value and a percentage. Data label options only lets me choose one or the other, but not both. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
on step 3 of the wizard, are you not offered 'select labels and percent'?
- if not you may want to make sure you ahve all your addins added to your excel ( check tools/addins...)

-if you're having trouble getting values and percent instead of labels and percent, in step 2 of wizard,in series tab, enter the cell range which has your values in both the values and categories boxes.
