Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel
