VBA code to write VBA code

What I want is for a Sub in book1.xls to create a new Sub in book2.xls either by copying from book1.xls, a text file or what ever.
Does anyone know how to do this, or have any examples they can send me ?

Have a look @ Chips site...he has code to do this......Plus a search of this site will
probably get some results as this has been
covered before.
