e-mail to multiple recipients

Here is a good one:
I have a list of e-mail addresses in one column.
Question one: how do I convert them (it's text) into a hyperlink without having to type every address by hand?
Or question two: How can I automate to send a separate e-mail message to everyone on that list using some text stored in another sheet of that workbook. I dont want to create a group of recipients, but send single messages.

In reply to Q1, why not use use the HYPERLINK function? If the first address is in A1, type =HYPERLINK(A1) in B1 and autofill down.

For Q2: If you use Outlook and blind copy all of the recipients, none of them can see the names of the others. If you need a mail merge, I think it can be done but I have not done it.
