MACRO TO CHANGE ANOTHER MACRO

i have a simple macro:

SUB TRANS_TITLE
[A1].FORMULA = "FIRST QUARTER"
END SUB

can a macro be written to change the text in another macro, in this example, i want "FIRST" changed to "SECOND"
