I have a database of customer names, addresses, citys and a field for customer notes. They are linked by individual customer numbers I have to find 40-50 customers per day and put them into a worksheet manually. I was wondering if there was a way for excel to fill in the customer fields based on their customer number. So if I enter a number in the cust ID field, that it will find that customer in the database and fill in the rest of the information for me. I have done this in file maker, rather quickly, but for some reason I am excel-dense.

Thanks in advance
