Hi All,

I've got 8 shared workbooks and about 18 staff who use them all, on each worksheet is a button which saves the workbook and the re-opens it (kinda like a refresh button), now i'm having people save the workbooks but the saves are not there when the workbook is re-opened? BUT there are temporary files appearing with their saved changed in the same directory as the workbooks?.

Basically how can I stop this from happeneing?

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
eh! now seem soK

Try to set auto saves at different times so save if remove on manual ..
ie every 2 mins very 3 mins and edit the system clock out by 30 seconds... this will stop teh save at same time if you get my logic....

or get the admin to remove save from users and set suto on moderaters to save all.. again no doulbe up on save.
