How can I get the page numbering to appear on every page when printing across multiple worksheets. It appears on the first page, but on none of the subsequent pages.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
The only way that I know of is to set up each page with a header/ footer with the auto page number, and then group the sheets when you want to print.

To group the sheets you need to select each one while holding the Ctrl key or select a range of sheets by clicking at both ends of the range while holding Shift
