Excel sheets are really big, so is there a way to stop the screen from moving into the unwanted regions of the spreadsheet.

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
You can decrease the size of a worksheet by hiding unwanted rows and columns. Say you only need columns A - J. Select column K and then enter Control-Shift-Right to select all columns to the right. Right-Click and choose hide. Use Control-Shift-Down to select and hide rows below your work area.
