Automate spreadsheet to html

I can manualy save an .xls spreadsheet as a web page. But how can I automate this process?

My OS is Windows 2000 Server. I can use the scheduler but what can I put in the command line prompt?

I'm thinking there is some external program that will run and manipulate the .xls file. I want this to run everyday around 1:00AM.
