I can't see the trees through the forest. The other day I learned from this board to conditionally format a cell with the =now()-a1>365.25 from a given date, for training purposes. I'd like to take this one step further and prompt the user with green (less than 300 days a year, yellow (more than 301 days) and red for less than week from year.
Getting fustrated!!!!!
