HELP!!! How do I delete duplicates on XP???

In Windows 98 I can go into DATA (in tools menu) and go to ADVANCED FILTER to delete any duplicates from massive list. Cant find anything like it in XP? ANY IDEAS?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
