Using IF, I have created a formula that gives me a true or false reading in a cell. I would rather have the word Pass or Fail apear in the cell. :?)

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Let's so your IF formula then. :)

Without seeing it, I would say that you have the words "TRUE" and "FALSE" in the formula. I would just change these to "Pass" and "Fail" if that was the case, but I figure that it's a bit more complicated than that.

=IF(<your formula>,"Pass","Fail")

Or...

=(<your formula>)+0

...and format the cell as...

[=1]"Pass";[=0]"Fail"
