Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Use DAY, HOUR, and MINUTE to sum your time values in numeric format. If you're summing time values in A2 and A3, use this:

Code:
=SUM(DAY(A2)*24,DAY(A3)*24,HOUR(A2),HOUR(A3),MINUTE(A2)/60,MINUTE(A3)/60)
