Hi,

I thought this was a relatively simple problem (it still may be), but can't seem to solve it. I want to chart data from various worksheets. I have data for various years, with each worksheet representing a different year. I want to graph information across the years I have, so one cell from 1998, another for 1999 etc. This is for a line graph so I want to select a series of cells each in a different worksheet. I'm using 97 and can't seem to get this to work. I've tried holding ctrl while moving to the next worksheet, tried other seperators - nothing. If anyone can help me out I'd be VERY thankfull.

Excel Wisdom
Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
Sheet 1 name = '1998' cell a1 = 100
Sheet 2 name = '1999' cell a1 = 200

Last sheet name = 'To Date' , enter =1998!a1 in say b1 and =1999!a1 in b2

etc etc etc

Then the graph grabs info from B1-Bxxxx

No expert here, but i think that would work fine.

You can enter an '=' sign in the last sheet , then go click on the cell in the previous sheet, then press return

Regards
