Transfer Excel to HTML

I have an Excel Sheet with Pull Down menus in it. When I view the Excel File on Internet Explorer, the Pull Doen does not shows all choises as it shows in Excel. Could someone help me. Thanks.
 

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
