I have a range of 10 numbers that is part of 9 categories.

The first range is (D:4,D14). I have the Max number in a hidden cell, but what I'd like to do, is figure a way to find the "NEXT" number in that series in order to creat a formula to subtract the MAX from the NEXT MAX.

The problem is the cells these numbers are in, can change weekly affected by the other 9 categories.

So basically I'd like to know how I can find the 2nd highest number in a series of ten cells that are dynamic?

Thanks
Todd
