Help!!!!

I am trying to format a table of info. I have 15 values I have placed into another sheet. I have a column of Data (Column D), if any values in Column D equal one of the values on the other sheet I would like to have the cell grayed. I am stuck as it seems I can only compare conditional formatting for one value.

Thanks.

Gary

Select all the cells where you entered 15 values, go to the Name Box on the Formula Bar, type ValSet, and hit enter.

Lets say that your data start at row 1 (D1) in D.

Select column D.
Activate Format|Conditional Formatting.
Select Formula Is for Condition 1.
Enter as formula:

=COUNTIF(ValSet,$D1)>0

Activate Format.

Select the color of interest on the Patterns tab.
Click OK, OK.
