Hi i am getting an error setting range to a variable. the workbook with the sub is open but is not the activeworkbook. i am not sure of what i am missing something. following is the code
Code:
Dim RngDest As Range
Set RngDest = ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Sheet2").Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp)

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
yes it does. I've tried setting the value with activating the workbook and it works fine, however i get an error if the work is not the activeworkbook. is it possible to assign range to variable without activating the workbook?
