Error on startup

I get an "Unable to read file" error when starting Excel. I'm not double clicking a workbook or anything, just hitting the Excel icon on my quick launch.

It also says 'Opening ATPVBAEN:' on the status bar when the error box is up there

It was fine this morning, and I haven't done anything unusual to my knowledge

What's causing this and how can I fix it?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Go to tools - add-ins and uncheck the Analysis Toolpack-VBA.

Start excel again and see if this has cleared the error.

I heard of a problem similar to this which started after Adobe was downloaded (for pdf files) and PDFWRITE.XLA was causing this problem with ATPVBAEN

Hope this helps
