Timer Problem

I have a workbook shared by 11 users. I have created a function that saves the individual workbooks at different times (since Excel is kind of problematic if multiple users save at the same time), so users can see each other's manipulation. My problem is each computer's timer is running differently, even though their difference is in seconds. Is there any way to set each computer's timer to the same time? Or is there any other way to make excel save itself different times for different users? I hope I am clear. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.
