i need to know how to add some rows in a table automatically, with a macro.

the number of rows added depends on what number is input into a certain cell

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Make the cell tell you how big a range to select before inserting rows.

Base cell content:
Cells(1, 3)

make a sub that sort of says:

Rows("11:&Cells(1, 3)").Select
Selection.insert Shift:=xlDown

Otherwise you could try using the cstr function to draw a value from a cell.
