Is it possible to add a color to condition. If I use "IF>4" can I get it to add red to the cell? Thanks.

Yes, use Conditional Formatting.

Go to Format/Conditional Formatting and select "Formula is". The rest is self-explanatory.

Use condtional formatting. A search of the site for conditional formatting will show you many examples.
