Need to keep track of a value in a cell from week to week.

ex.
cell a1 = 1 for the first week then cell a1 = 2 for the second week then cell a1 = 3 for the third week ect....

on another sheet i need to know that during week 1 cell a1 was = 1 and week 2 cell a1 was = 2 ect... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
cell a1 = 1 for the first week then cell a1 = 2 for the second week then cell a1 = 3 for the third week ect....
What do you need? 52 weeks in a year OR 4 week cycle?

Here is a formula which will give you the cuurent week from the year begining:

=INT(DAYS360("01/01/2002",TODAY(),FALSE)/7)+1

I do not have a full answer to your question but at least it is a start.
