Use Date/Time To Serialize Forms

I am using a series of UserForms to populate a spreadsheet with a customer's information. I'd then like to add a "Quote Number: xxxxx". Where "xxxxx" is the date/time converted to number format in order to serialize the form. The actual number of digits is not important.

So something like...

.Range("B11").Value = "secret date conversion formula..."

I hope that makes sense... any help is greatly appreciated!
