Hello,
Is ther a way I can get a formula to run all down a column? At the moment I just drag the handle in the corner of the cell down - is there an easier way to put the formula down through the whole column ?
Thanks

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Write the formula into the top cell. Do Edit->Copy. Select the whole column by clicking on the column name. Do Edit->Paste.

Regards,
Chris

If you have data in the adjacent column, you can double click the handle and it will fill down.

If not, higlight the column and on your edit menu select "Fill / Down"
