Calculate Time

I know it is simple but need help.

Column A Row 3 10:30
Column B Row 3 12:00

The time I want to display on Column C is 1 hour and 30 minutes

Column A Row 4 12:00
Column B Row 4 12:45

Again the time I want to display on Column C is 45 minutes

Then the end result I want when calculating column C is 2 hours and 15 minutes. How would I go about that.

You simply need to subtract the smaller value from the larger:
=B3-A3
=B4-A4

Add the values and you'll get the desired 02:15
