Something like COUNTIF(C11:C250,"apple")
but i dont want it to find all of the apples and count them I want it to find everything in tyhe column and total how many there are.

A

Regal ice(White)
Regal ice(Green)
Regal ice(Brown)
Regal ice(black)

Try:

=COUNTA(C11:C250)

Aladin

3. Enter the formula...

="Total = "&COUNTA(\$A\$1:OFFSET(A10,-1,))

...into cell A10.

4. Thanks alot that worked great
