Paste special options not available in Excel 2010

Hi,
I am using excel 2010 and cant see the paste special options in any of the worksheets. If I restart my laptop then it shows up. I noticed that after opening Internet explorer, the options disappear once again and restarting the system brings them back. This is an everyday issue. Please suggest a solution.

Hi,

This is not really a solution to your problem - but perhaps try using the keyboard shortcut Alt > E > S instead. Once you get used to it, its much faster/more convenient than clicking on a button. (Although I doubt this will work if the Paste Special dissappears completely rather than just the button).
