hide excel worksheet menu bar

i would like to know how to hide the worksheet menu bar i want the file, edit etc to be hidden i have hidden the title bar, basically i want it so that users can only use the macros on the page to do everything!! i would also like to know how to hide the shhet title name at the bottom so i only have cells on the screen?????
