Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.

What is the range address that houses your list?

What kind of data do you have that list?

In which cell of your invoice do you want the customer address info?

hi aladin,
the data that i have in my list is like: Title First Name Last Name Address 1 Address 2 Address 3 Post Code E - Mail address

not neccesrily in that order,

the range is will change as i add more people to it, so i guess it would be: 65534R x 8C.

and i want the address to go like this:

E12 = name
e13 = address

it is the invoise template from within excel

i hope this helps you to help me, thankyou

Hope you're not expecting some VBA code from me! I'll attempt to propose a formula-based approach. But, I need more.

Go to the worksheet where you have these customer address data. Select an unused cell, type =, select 15 rows of data including the labels, hit F9, copy what you see, paste it in the follow up along with the info that includes the columns in A1 style.
