I have a "print out" that goes to clients and I need to insclude a demographic table (which is already located on another worksheet in the file). However, I want it to be small. How can this be done without having to link cells. Can it be treated as a picture or something?

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Welcome to the Board!

Why not do a SaveAs, then Copy-->Edit-->Paste Special-->Values. This will eliminate links to other sheets/workbooks. If that's not an option, try posting some of your sheet using Colo's HTML Maker, which can be found at the bottom of the page.

Hope that helps,

You can make a picture out of a range of cells by copying them then whilst holding Shift go to Edit>Paste Picture. Resize as required etc

What if I have the option of 4 different demo tables depending on the type selected? And I only want the table selected to be automatically put on the output?

You never mentioned 4 different demo tables in your original question and what do you mean by 'depending on the type selected'. How is your s/s set-up?

Each demo table is located on a seperate worksheet. The user enters the type; 4,3,2, R and a macro takes them to the appropriate sheet.

You can incorporate either of our suggestions in your Goto code by selecting each demographic table's range..
