Return a percentage in a cell, Not a decimal value

How do I return a percentage value in a cell. I am using Excel 2000. I need to divide the value of two cell and return the percentage with a label before it.

I enter the formula ="Margin " &(A15/C45)

I want the return to look like this: Margin 52%

But, I keep getting this: Margin .52458457856

What is wrong with my formula. Also tried to format cell for percentage, That didn't work ether.

Try something like this

Assuming value you want is in range("B2")

MsgBox "Margin: " & Format(Range("B2").Value, "Percent")

="Margin "&TEXT(A15/C45,"0.00%")
