Verify RGB against Cell Color

Hello,

I need to verify if a cell has a specific RGB color, for example [204,255,204].

The tricky thing is that I am not allowed to use Macro, VB,...
Is there a way to verify it?

Theoretically i thought about some ideas:

• verify the color against another cell (both have the same RGB value)
• get the RGB value somehow
• verify the rgb value against the cell somehow

Right-click the cell and choose "Format Cell".
On Format Cells dialog box choose "Fill" tab.
Under Background Color choose "More Colors"
Under Colors choose "Custom"
Under Color model choose RGB
Read the RGB integers

is it possible to get this RGB integers into the excel sheet?
For example:

Column 1 - Column 2
Colored Cell - [247,150,70]
Colored Cell - [83,141,213]
Colored Cell - [118,147,60]

in fact I would need it visible within the worksheet.

Can be done with VBA (which you indicated you can't use) or manually using the procedure I posted. I know of no other way.
