Is there a limit to the number of LOOKUP and VLOOKUP functions that can be used in a single formula similar to the maximum of 7 nested IF functions limit ?

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Have a look in Excel Help, type in the search field "limitations".

This tells you that you are limited to 7 nested functions. I guess this means for any type of function, be it "IF" "LOOKUP" or whatever.
