Total only some pivot table fields

First question:
Is it possible to have column totals of ONLY SOME o all Pivot Table fields ?. I need not all Pivot Fields to be totallized (only some of them).

Second question:

Is it possible (may be via macros) to have a calculated field with columns (or rows) total fields?.
