How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Unfortunately that doesn't work. I get a "Compile error: Expected: end of statement" when I try that.

I think you got this error because your sheetname contains some spaces. Maybe you should try this expression :

Application.Run "'" & Sheetname & "'!" & Macroname

The correct syntax for the Application.Run statement is:
Code:
Application.Run ("" & Sheetname & "!" & Macroname & "")
You need to close the quotes after the Macroname variable, other wise Excel reads the expected end of the statement as the "!"

However the variable Sheetname needs to refer to the workbook, not the worksheet.
