Web pages with rows missing

I generate Excel 2000 web pages for my site that have anywhere from 10 up to 200 rows. When viewed with Internet Explorer 6, one or two rows (not always the same rows!) will be missing until the page is refreshed. Am I doing something wrong? IE 5.5 and Netscape 4.7 don't seem to have this problem. Is there a fix?
