Converting Lotus 123 v 2.2 files to Excel 2000

Have tried for two years to find out how to do this. Is there a conversion programme available? I do not know how to use VBA or how to record macros. Please help.

Sorry for delay refresh my memory V2.2 is what date ???

123 version 97 will back up to Excel im sure so will be fine and just save as *.xls

Be careful formatting and formula will fall to bits and VBA is not in IBM 123
