    If you don't want to add a userform to your spreadsheet be aware of the fact that an excel spreadsheet is able to have one directly in cell without a form. These lists can even by dynamic. I.E. Anything in row A:A on Sheet1 can be seen as a drop down menu item in any column on any sheet.
    This can be done useing the built in Validation function from the Data menu on the tool bar.

    I like using the validation drop downs as they take only seconds to construct as well as allowing validation checking, user prompts popups and error popups for invalid entries.
