Get value of cell from variable sheet and variable cell

Is there a way to do this?

Sheet1
Column A contains names of other sheets
Column B contains a cell address (A10, E38, etc.)

I want Column C to display the contents of the cell (indicated in Column B) that is on the sheet indicated by Column A.

note, you might need "'"&....&"'!"&... depending on your sheet names.
