I need a formula that basically looks in a cell and if that cell contains certain characters then enter true. Example

If Cell A1 contains Values "Data" Or "Load" then enter True (This formula would be in cell Column B1) if not enter False.

I have a similar problem but i may need a macro though a function would be the best..

I have 2 seperate worksheets and i need to compare 2 ranges of single columns. and then out put the data onto a new work book..

for example

Workbook.Book1.Worksheet.Sheet 1.Range A1:A5000.Value = Workbook.Book2.Worksheet.Sheet 1.Range A1:A5000.Value = True
Then
Output.Workbook.Book3.Worksheet.Sheet 1.Range A1:A5000

I dont have access to my Office Excell and have not been able to try this code. Its off the top of my head i hope it makes sense to someone.
thank you in advance
