Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
No. At least not that I have ever heard. Do you really think Microsoft would let you get away with not giving them their credit?!

Simply if you are saying when excel opens to stop the excel logo appearing and disapering YES you can and its simple

On the icon right click... no i cant remember properties and on the end of XXXXXX .excel.exe add this / -E and thats it Ok and open Excel no pop up Excel logo. if im wrong i cant recall the addition exactly...

maybe some one now will remember exaqctly

Jack is correct in this.
Just to add to Jacks reply;
What Jack is refering to is the startup switches for Excel. You can change this on
a shortcut or whereever the excel file is referenced by adding the /e or /embedded switch after the app startup path eg. "C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOfficeExcel.exe" /e which will force
Excel to start without displaying the startup screen and creating a new workbook (Book1.xls). Note e or E is OK
as it is NOT case sensitive.
