Screen Ghosts?

When dragging a formula down a column using the fill handle, I sometimes get a dark border around parts of some cells. I can make it go away by zooming out and then zooming back in. What causes this problem?

ghiast eh! dont panic. I trust the drag still works and no errors,

I have this before all ok... correct result?
